Which photos do you need?
The front, rear, both sides, wheels and interior. Add close-ups of number plates, markings and other important details. Photos should show the configuration you want us to reproduce.
Can I choose the scale?
Yes, tell us whether you prefer 1:64, 1:43 or 1:18. The choice depends on suitable base model availability. If we cannot find one in your chosen scale, we'll discuss other options.
How long does it take?
Usually 4-6 weeks from quote acceptance and payment of the deposit. A harder-to-find base model or extensive customisation may take longer. We confirm the deadline individually.
What does the model price include?
The model with the agreed customisation, a protective display case, a Dioramax box and a physical certificate of authenticity. Additional elements and custom presentation are listed separately in the quote.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. After accepting the quote, you pay a deposit of 50% of the agreed price. This allows us to begin production on the confirmed terms.
Is every model numbered?
Yes. Every Dioramax model receives a unique serial number and a physical certificate of authenticity. Collector Registry is the register of models and their documentation.
