Does the voucher cover the full model price?
The selected amount is credited towards your individual quote. If the project costs more, we agree on the extra payment before work begins. We confirm the model's scope and feasibility separately.
How long is it valid?
You can request a project using the voucher within 12 months of purchase. You do not need to choose the car or scale when buying it.
How will I receive the voucher?
We send the PDF by email. The printed version is delivered using the shipping method selected in the shop. If you need it for a particular date, contact us before purchasing.
Can I add my own dedication?
Yes. Enter up to 200 characters below the voucher format options. You can check and edit the text in the cart before payment. Whether the amount can be replaced with the car's name is agreed individually.
What should the recipient do?
Contact Dioramax, provide the voucher code and send photos and details of the car. We then choose a base model and agree on the project details.
